• The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary

• Any changes you may choose to make during your tour
• Additional costs due to flight cancellation, road blocks, etc

• Above Prices are valid from 12th August 2022 till 15th March.
• Rates not valid from 20th Dec 2022 till 05th Jan. 2023. Because of Blackout dates.
• Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon)
• The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only.
• We will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
• Tour confirmation only on receipt of advance payment and confirmation in writing.
• No changes in the date of travel once booked.
• In the event of a no show, the full amount pertaining to the guaranteed no. of pax has to be paid.
• Hotel is subject to availability of rooms at the time of confirmation of booking, else we will provide similar category hotel.
• Any services not included in the package will be charged extra.
• Tourist will carry their luggage at own risk and responsibility;
• Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL.
• We reserve the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot)
• Our management holds the right to alter or modify the tour program as the situation would demand.
• Child below 5 Yrs. of age will be complimentary.
• Maximum 06 Pax can be accommodated in one vehicle including children’s (Innova or Similar)

• Kindly note that names of Hotels / Houseboat mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above-mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement / reduction whatever
  applicable) to you.
• Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost

• The network will not be available in any outside state’s prepaid sim card in Srinagar (total Jammu & Kashmir). Only postpaid connections will have the network. If you have only a prepaid sim card on your mobile, then you have to issue a local sim card in Srinagar by submitting identity proofs.
• If you are leaving Srinagar by air, please note that it will take at least 1/1.5-hour extra time for check-in, as Srinagar Airport will have 2-3 rounds of extra check-in. Even after check-in, you have to go and identify your luggage, then only luggage will be transferred to the airbus.
• Don’t panic after seeing an armed man standing roadside or knowing about any forthcoming curfew/Bandh. For Tourist, it is mostly safe, the local people, Police, and Army people all are very helpful.
